With help from the NASA-funded Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP) an Orlando entrepreneur has created an innovative energy-efficient and safer clothes dryer that dries clothes with a unique fluid-based technology.
SATOP is Space Technology for
Small Business

The Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP) strives to transfer the knowledge and technology of the space program to small businesses. Any type of small business is encouraged to submit a technical challenge to SATOP. If SATOP is able to assist, the small business is provided with up to 40 hours of FREE technical assistance from a scientist or engineer in the Space Program.
Economic Development Organizations
The Center for Economic Growth located in Albany NY is a regional economic and business development organization committed to growing local companies attracting new investment and preparing local communities for future opportunities.
 
SATOP’s Space Alliance Partners include private corporations, universities, and NASA centers in Florida, New Mexico, New York, and Texas that volunteer their time and expertise to assist small businesses via SATOP.
